My session with Jay was amazing. I felt nervous to begin with as I am new to yoga, however I soon felt calm and relaxed. I learnt far more than I anticipated and it was great having Jay to guide me and encourage me. Having the session inspired me and gave me the confidence to continue my practice in my own time and I am now progressing to more advanced poses.
