It’s essential to have a goal so you can feel a sense of achievement and stay on track. We have easy to use guides to track progress and review each session.

Equipment Provided

All equipment provided. From mats to blocks, yoga straps and bolsters, you will be extra comfortable, and poses can become more accessible.

The Teacher

I started practising yoga and meditation after my first year of university, where I struggled with anxiety, stress, and I dropped out. Yoga helped me regain my focus and motivation to return to university and complete my degree in BSc (Hons) Business Information Systems.

Yoga and meditation allowed me to graduate with a 2:1 overall, 1st in my dissertation and published in a conference paper. After, I was determined and passionate to bring yoga and meditation to those who could benefit from these practices.

I went on to launch a not-for-profit business called NamasJay, which supports vulnerable children and young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and who may experience stress, anxiety, low confidence and self-esteem.
