Classes, workshops, courses and private session cancellations must be cancelled within 24 hours. If the client fails to cancel, then the session will be lost. This also includes a block booking purchase.
It is highly important that any client attending a yoga session gives correct and accurate medical details. Medical details must be discussed with Teacher if you believe that this can impact your ability within a yoga session or cause more injury. It is essential to have written/verbal evidence from a medical professional/GP confirming that you are allowed to partake in any yoga activity.
NamasJay strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.
